How a build runs

Day one is a repository, not a document.

We start experimenting immediately. Every early spike answers a real question: can we integrate with this system, does this data model hold up, will customers get it? You learn the business by building it, and you learn faster that way than by studying it.

A walking skeleton, not an MVP.

"MVP" means something different to everyone. Instead, we build the narrowest slice of your product that works end to end, deployed and usable. It might only handle one case, but it walks. Every step after that adds flesh to working bones.

Focus and blur.

What your first customer will pay for gets our full attention and is built properly. Everything else is deferred, bought off the shelf or kept deliberately simple until it matters.

Checkpoints you can show people.

We agree milestones with you that you can put in front of customers and investors, and we ship towards them eagerly.

Strategy is a luxury funded by tactics.

Sometimes the most important thing this week isn't the next feature. It's the integration a pilot customer is waiting on, or the answer a prospect's security review needs. We understand the whole business, not just the code, so we know what matters this week and say plainly what it costs.

When we help found a company, ExaCap, our investment arm, may invest on day one and take a seed-sized stake. Enough to be all in. Small enough that your next investor won't blink. Equity is never a condition of working with us.
